Consulting Services, in its most general terms, are “knowledge-based” services, as a result of which a consultancy report will be produced. They do not involve the manufacture or commissioning of a product and/or solution.
Consulting Services are handled on the basis of the following sub-components:
- System Consulting,
- Network and Security Consulting,
- Application and Database Consulting,
- Process Consulting,
- Disaster Services Consulting.
Maintenance, support, operation and management services for all service sub-components except Consulting Services are excluded.
Consultancy Services, aiming to work in areas that require technical knowledge, skills and most importantly experience in a specific subject, aiming to transfer intensive and effective information in a short time, to produce an IT solution that will best match with business plans and problems, existing IT structures / systems / processes. It can be used by all companies that need to reveal the differences between the structures/systems/processes targeted with the AP, integration needs and offer improvement suggestions, and/or audit the compliance of IT systems/processes with national and international standards.
